Know where you stand
The family statement, families with dues, event reports year on year, expenses and the activity log. Every one of them as PDF and Excel.
Reports are where trustees decide whether they trust the system. So every figure on every report is a sum of ledger lines you can open, and every printed slip matches the screen it came from.
The workflow
The family statement
Pick any member. Everything the family owes across every khata, with the total at the bottom and the bank details under it. Print it in all three languages at once, or go straight to taking payment.
Families with dues
Every family with a pending balance, sorted by amount or by name, with a filter for the event. Export to Excel for the follow-up calls.
Event reports
Khata-wise summary, day-wise Aangi and Sangh Pujan, payments and expenses. The comparison report puts two years side by side.
The activity log
Every change, who made it, when, and the exact data before and after. This is the report a treasurer reads twice.
At the register, this took…
Finding a family's total across eight khatas
Before
Fifteen minutes with three registers.
Now
Three seconds. Type the name.
Details trustees ask about
Why does the printed slip carry three languages?
Because the person paying may read Gujarati while the person filing reads English. Every heading is printed in Gujarati, Hindi and English, so nobody has to ask what a line means.
Can reports be shared?
Any report exports to PDF and Excel. Sending to WhatsApp is done from the Notification Center, with the family's statement attached.
Does the daily check produce a report?
Yes. The check writes a short report each day: ledger lines, payments and wallet balances matched, with any difference listed.
